It's weekend already and you're wondering what special treat to make.
Well try out THE TRIPLE DELIGHT PIZZA by Chichi of

Here's her very easy to follow recipe!


For the dough:
3 ½ cups of All Purpose Flour
2 Teaspoons Salt
2 Teaspoons Sugar (divided)
2 Tablespoon Olive Oil
1 cup of Warm Water, 110 degrees
2 ¼ Teaspoons Yeast

For the topping:
1 Chicken breast (cut into pieces n cooked)
4 Sausages (fried and sliced)
4 Bacon slices (fried and cut into pieces)
1 Green pepper (sliced)
1 Red pepper (sliced)
½ Onions (sliced)
1 can pizza sauce
Mozzarella and Cheddar cheeses (Shredded)

*Feel free to throw on whatever topping you have. I had left overs in the freezer from other dishes I made earlier in the week so I decided to make a pizza with them.


Add 1 teaspoon of sugar to a bowl, add the cup of warm water and then add the yeast. Allow the yeast activate for 5 minutes.

In a big bowl, combine the flour, salt, oil and 1 teaspoon sugar. Add the activated yeast and knead for 10 minutes.

Oil a bigger bowl and place your dough inside. Rub the dough round the bowl to coat it with oil. Cover with cling film and let sit for 1 hour+ in a warm dark place. Roll the dough into a large circle after at least 1hr of rising and get ready to top the pizza dough.

Take a ladle full of pizza sauce and swirl on the dough, add the cheese, meat, veggies and more cheese (follow this order of layering). Bake the pizza at 375 degrees for 20 mins or until dough is done and cheese well melted.
